Insurance & Payment Options
I am currently in network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna. While I am in network with these companies, some specific plans may not be covered.
Before scheduling your first appointment, I’ll do my best to verify your benefits and provide you with an estimate of your copay or out-of-pocket cost. Please know that this is just an estimate. Final costs may change depending on how your insurance processes claims.
If you have any questions about coverage or would like help understanding your options, feel free to reach out. I’m happy to help however I can.

You may still be able to work with me. Some insurance plans offer out-of-network reimbursement. If yours does, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit directly to your insurance company.
-
If you’re not using insurance, you’re welcome to pay privately for sessions.
My current rate is $150 for a standard 50-minute individual therapy session.
Some clients choose to self-pay in order to have more flexibility, avoid insurance restrictions, or maintain greater privacy around their mental health care.
I accept payment by credit/debit card and HSA/FSA card. Due to providing telehealth services, I do not typically accept cash or check. If this is a concern, feel free to reach out and we can see if we can work out a plan.
-
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a barrier, please feel free to reach out to discuss options or to be added to my sliding scale waitlist.

Yes. If you are not using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your care will cost. This is required by law and helps you understand the expected charges before starting services.
