I know how important it is to work with someone who understands the full picture of what you’re carrying. Whether you’re navigating burnout, perfectionism, or anxiety, I hope to offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.

My Style

My style is casual, collaborative, and personalized. We might start by checking in and identifying what challenges came up during the week, then we can explore whatever feels most important to you in that moment.

Therapy Built Around You

I want therapy to feel like it was designed around your needs. If you’re someone who processes through talking, we can lean into that. If you prefer more meditative or mind-body approaches, we can incorporate those too. My goal is to walk alongside you in a way that feels grounded, empowering, and true to who you are.

Food & Body Image

If you're struggling with your relationship to food or your body, I offer a nonjudgmental and body-inclusive space where your experiences are valid, no matter what your relationship with food or your body looks like. I believe healing happens through reconnection, not restriction.

Inclusive and Affirming Care

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and strive to create a space where every part of you is safe to show up and be supported.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my husband and our three cats. Two of them, Auggie and Caesar, like to make occasional appearances during sessions. Your pets are always welcome too!
